Set in the heart of downtown Charleston, this wedding at the historic William Aiken House blended Southern charm with personalized, travel-inspired details—making it both elegant and uniquely their own.

A soft blue palette grounded the design, complemented by touches of ivory, beige, and fresh greenery. Blue hydrangeas took center stage, adding fullness and texture to the reception florals. Tabletops were thoughtfully layered with ribbed glassware, cane chargers, and acrylic flatware—clean, elevated, and effortlessly refined.

The seating chart was a favorite detail of the day: “By air or by sea, it’ll always be you and me” set the tone, with guests finding their names on delicate sailboats and airplanes, paired with watercolor renderings of the couple’s favorite travel spots.

The groom hosted his own scotch and cigar lounge tucked into the property’s courtyard, while the bride’s dream of seeing their custom wedding crest come to life was realized on the center of the dance floor—adding a personal touch to an already unforgettable celebration.
