We believe 18-24 months is the sweet spot, as this gives you plenty of time to secure your top choice of vendors! But don’t fret if you’re looking at a quicker planning timeline, we are here to help!

With each client, we begin with an initial phone call to ensure we are the best fit for you and vice versa. Once you’ve decided that W&R is the right choice for you, we begin the planning process with a design session. The design session gives us the time to really dig into your vision and vibe and from there, we create a custom curated design board for you and your partner!

We require a 50% deposit and signed contract to secure your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

Yes! While more time for planning is ideal, we have designed and executed many events with a quick turnaround. We’d suggest scheduling a call with us to ensure we can meet your expectations within the time allotted.
